  • Very interesting. I shall be making this throughout the week.

    Only thing I disagree with is the means of service presentation. It does look quite nice to see the mince on top of the pasta like that, but I think stirring freshly boiled pasta in to a sauce as quickly as possible makes it nicer.

    I must say though, thanks for the idea of grating the onion! Why on earth have I not thought about that?

    Carrot is also a recommended ingredient in many recipes.
