I'm sorry but this makes perfect sense to me! Your lawyer is trying to gather evidence that your wife is, as a result of the accident, unable to accurately recall events in her life. There is no point asking her all about the injury and the accident since, as you said, she can't remember. It's not pointless, you need to let the lawyers do job. They are building a case for you. You will probably be asked to stand up in court and explain that her answers are incorrect due to the injury.

aside from a psychiatrist; is there a physician or medical doctor that could testify that your wife's injury would have some impact on her abilities with focus or memory? something along those lines perhaps. i wish you both the best. peace.

Hi Rhoda9, we have recently paid £4,500 for three psychiatric experts reports she sees a local psychiatrist every 2 months, they have absolutely bankrupt us we have reached to the point that I had to borrow £2,500 from my son, I have never in my adult life reached to this degrading level, I will make another video showing how Solicitors' blackmail Claimants' into a trap they are devious and cunning, their is no word for this lowlife.
