I transfered some 16mm film that belonged to Doug Nelson, who worked with Bob Wilkins (I do Bob's website), he thought the footage was a short film he did called "Sleazy Rider" (Bob played it on his show years ago). This obviously isn't it. When I showed Doug the DVD transfer, he was disappointed (it looks like Sleazy Rider is lost forever) and he had no idea who shot this footage or how he came by it.
I remember riding the trolley into oldsac from K street when I was a kid. We would play games at the timezone.

this is fascinating footage of downtown sac in the 1970s. i wonder if anyone else out there may have more footage similar to this.
