Where do you get smelt from? I saw a video on National Geographic recently about these fish that buried their self in the sand to lay their eggs. They looked like smelt.

@tjw1963 The smelt can be purchased frozen at the local stores. They do such a business in them that they have a small open freezer at the end of an isle.

What is the scenery like up there? Are there a lot of trees or is it flat?

@tjw1963 The land is rolling hills with coolies (small valleys) running to the river. I like it.
