  • I bought my BGE from Fred and had him ship it to California.

    The shippings not that much and they are very easy to deal with.

  • Uhm, breast/thigh temp should be 180, not 160. The thighs are gonna be bloody at 160. Just my 0.02 for food safety.

  • That part had to be edited out to make the time limit! Anyway ..the peppers and onions go in after about 1/2 hour of cooking ..just put on top of potatoes and then as they cook stir around because things will get crusty on the bottom!

  • What happened with the peppers and the onions?

    When did those go in?
