I bought my BGE from Fred and had him ship it to California.
The shippings not that much and they are very easy to deal with.

Uhm, breast/thigh temp should be 180, not 160. The thighs are gonna be bloody at 160. Just my 0.02 for food safety.

That part had to be edited out to make the time limit! Anyway ..the peppers and onions go in after about 1/2 hour of cooking ..just put on top of potatoes and then as they cook stir around because things will get crusty on the bottom!
