@venkyhyundai I said him or any Ismailis would not try to make money by taking advantage of others. Just look in my other comment. This is what I said he wouldn't try make profit by selling someone's body. What can I or someone else do if one wants to drink? If someone wants Mercedes Benz, then Why would I try to tell him to buy Toyota. Thats his choice. And yes he has guided us about drugs by telling us to stay away from them, dont sell or consume.

Second prostitution, he wouldn't want to make profit by selling someone's body or by taking advantage of others. Alcohol is not hurting anyone unless it is abused. But question comes up again: How many Muslim countries with luxury hotels don't serve alcohol?

Second, because Islam has forbidden it, and Aga Khan has told us not to drink. And just to make it clear before you ask, Aga Khan doesn't drink either.

Horse racing is one of the few sports where the betting is carried out by the organizers themselves.The racecourse is the "house" & bets r accepted by the house.
aga khan is like an employee in a casino who who provides support to the house.more the bets, bigger the prize. So i am sure he hopes more people bet so he gets a bigger price.

@venkyhyundai Again you got it wrong, here is what I found, "65% of the race's purse is awarded to the winner, with the second, third and fourth horses earning 20%, 10% and 5% respectively." some races have different percentages because they distribute it till sixth or till last placed horse. And certainly there is no way anyone knows before the race how many bets would be place on a particular horse. So Again bets have nothing do do with prize money.

from our current conversation i draw the following conclusion
1)betting is not allowed in islam
2)betting is not allowed in dubai
3)every aspect including taking money from the betting is bad. This is the reason bappa doesnt bet or take bets.
4)owning or taking money from casinos or any form of gambling is wrong in ismailism
are all my conclusions correct?

For example, if someone won some money in casino and they go to you store to buy something using the money they won from casino. In this case whoever is buying is wrong, but I would not call you wrong. Its your hard earned money that you got for selling a product.

@venkyhyundai Didnt Prophet and Quran also asks us not to force your beliefs on others? I believe it does according to Surah 109. He is direct decedent of Prophet, and he is following Prophet by not forcing others into Islamic belief of not drinking, but other religions not believe that consuming alcohol is against their religion. If you want to force them into ours beliefs then might as well force them to become muslims? That would be good idea to you. but not for him and Ismailis.

Non-Ismailis just cant pray in Jamat Khana. Like Shia's cant pray in Sunni mosque, Protestant can attend Catholic church. You said why non-Ismailis are not allowed in Jamat Khana? 2) We ask Allah for forgiveness, Aga Khan is just a source of asking for forgiveness from Allah. Many Ismailis ask for forgiveness straight from Allah, some through Aga Khan. Its like you turn in your home work, or your friend does it for you. Same thing, main objective is to turn in your homework.
