in this fight it was so hard he never reacts to attacks i almost killed him i had 1 and 1/4of a hp bar left on him so hard

Yes. You can get up to Aerial Dodge Lvl 2 right after you get Master Form in Hollow Bastion.

When you hit most enemies or bosses, they flinch, slow down, or something along those lines and stop attacking, but this guy doesn't. No matter how much you hit him, he doesn't stop attacking you.
