@Shaniaforeverfan I think it would depend on the size of them or how thick your note pad is. You could also use ribbon or a binder ring....

I'd love to make one of these, but if I use the base for the filler paper, it is going to have all the score marks on it for the different layers, how did you over come this?

@lindast63 With this particular image....there is a layer that has no marks on it. Sometimes an image with have a blackout feature, you can avoid the marks with that. Or if you have Design Studio or a Gypsy, you can use the hide contour feature and it will cut without the marks. Hope that helps =)

@Shaniaforeverfan As far as I know, you have to use the album covers with the Your Story. It has the special adhesive already on it. But you could use a Bind It All or similar binding system.
