stand up paddle boards are fucking useless. They are dangerous out in the surf. I have been hit by one and had alot of close calls. They should be DESTROYED.
Try a 70 pound 14 footer before you speak on the subject again, I'm not talking about 7 pound 9 foot foam mals or puffy lightweight SUP's those are just fat guy shortboards, I'm talking about really big logs they are another world altogether. . . . nevertheless the SUp looked much more exciting in the clip than the lame shortboarders . . . young blokes think they are hard men for surfing little boards it makes me laugh.
Shortboarders think that they work harder but would shit themselves at how much hard work it is riding a 17 foot 70 pound redwood board, most of them would be too scared to take off on a knee high wave on one !
