Contrary to popular belief a Pit is NOT just an excuse to fight. I wish some of the pricks from pits I've been in had seen this. Thanks for educating the newbies man.
My first Mosh Pit was horrid...I just got my first corset piercing done...and I got knocked down, my friend tried to get me up...but that did not work he kept getting pushed away from me. Anyways, my corset got ripped out of my arm...It hurt like a b*tch, I wished that people would have watched your video on Moshing Etiquette...
Wow, that pit sounded brutal! Being a girl, I wouldn't even TRY to get in the pit. I got a seat, when Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax came to the U.S. And hooray for day old pizza! \m/
@IceReverie Yeah, it was pretty brutal, but I realized that it's always like that when drunks are moshing, especially when Black Label Society came through. All these drunk bastards started crowding around when the crew started setting up for Clutch, which isn't a very good band in my opinion.
@IceReverie@IceReverie Well, it was BLS, 2 Cent, Clutch and Children of Bodom. I came to see Zakk Wylde that night, what a beast on the guitar. Anyway, in relation to you're previous comment, a girl can mosh just as much as a guy. My suggestion, take a tylenol or two before the show and in the morning after (trust me, you'll most likely feel it), don't try to be too forceful, try to be like a metophorical atom and bounce off of others, hit back if need be but don't punch or kick.
