Pumpkin mead! Good idea. I just started a new batch of mead tonight and should've put something in for a more exotic flavor. I thought about tangerines... I should do that next time.
I have a question about the "stocking" you put the pumpkin in. Is it a standard nylon or one from the brew store? I'd hate to ruin a batch of wine if the stocking imparted some undesirable flavor/color/chemicals to the must.
Good to have you post another video. Can't wait until you have a follow up video on this "experiment". Hopefully it'll taste quite good, which I think it will :P
