Even we don't know what the rules for that could be, so if you start trying to make something specifically for it you may find it doesn't fit the rules. You should instead just focus on making awesome machinima videos, rather than ones specifically for our competition.

You'll receive an automated confirmation email when you send it in. As for whether you passed or not you'd have to wait and see at the end. However, you can easily check to see if you would be disqualified by just going over the competition rules and making sure you have followed all of them.

Well. I've seen a lot of people making things up for their Machinima video, or they'll be advertising something that DOES exist but changing it up so that it also doesn't.. Like an example would be that one person that did the future emotes of RS. Would that be allowed?

Whatever you're advertising has to exist in RuneScape but you can embelish. For example if you were advertising emotes it's OK to make up new ones as it's emotes your advertising rather than specific ones. However if you were advertising a car it wouldn't count as it doesn't exist at all.
