1. Assassin can knock people out of blocking situations.

2. a new mutant is already in design that's ability lets it walk through other mutants: nickname is Sludge.

"Sludge" would minimize in size, to make him a smaller target of course, while still being able to pass through mutants only. To make it fair, "Sludge" would probably have a small amount of hp compared to every other mutant. Sorry if it seemed convincing or real, I just have a good imagination.

And the assassin can only do that when on ledges or something like that, a place to knock them off of, that position the assassin wouldn't be able to use it. Random Note: It's funny as hell when someone rages because the assassin uses the knockback grenade. xD
