  • the form looks good, i personally like to keep my arms a little straighter than yours are here, but not fully extended.

  • hey sporto nice vid - as firefly said your form isn't that bad (its actually quite good across the board) - what are you looking to improve on? Keeping your elbows in a fixed position maybe?

    How important are flys? I just do bench press/incline for chest (sometimes switching to dumbbells). Do I lose anything by not doing flys?

  • @masonkiller666 - I think it depends on the form of all the exercises you are doing. If form is good, and you are activating the muscle you are intending to, then you should be ok!

  • Good job. Last time you got 105x9, do you think you could surpass that now after a few weeks of training this movement again?

  • Your form is really not that bad, I think you could hold the stretch longer and a bit lower, but I see dudes do frickin fly presses. So this really is not that bad.

  • @Fir3fly798 - Yeah maybe so...it's just for me personally, the form is pretty sloppy. I take pride in the form I use for just about every exercise, but like I said, I really just want to see where I was at with this exercise. Thanks for the feedback!
