Difference being that Envenom refreshes the Slice n Slice, if ticking, and for some seconds after having used Envenom the chance of applying Deadly Poison to the target is increased, as far as I know.

What I was talking about is CURRENT, not a year+ ago. 7k dps as a rogue now, is in 10mans, 25 usuallly 8-9 single target. Hence the "pre nerf" part, helps figuring out when Im speaking of. you are going to miss with any dual wielding spec, the hit rating is so that your ABILITIES hit every time since they have a much higher hit chance, even hit capped people miss with normal melee attacks
