  • Nowadays its a rare to hear "Jackets win!"

  • 2 worst teams in the NHL at the moment. But good for the BJs

  • One word- DAMN

  • i wonder if he actually did that on purpose

  • @cockystreethockey47 Yea he did you can tell cause look at him one hes on his one leg he stops

  • Jackets Win! Jackets Win! Jackets Win! MY GOODNESS ITS NICE TO SAY THOSE WORDS!!!

  • That was so dirty that i switched to porn when my mom walked in

  • Did the Jackets win?

  • @12Seppo21 Im not sure, commentator never really told us :\

  • ugh i hate Nash soo much i wish he was in my team :P He too dam good :(

  • i love watching the Ducks lose

  • i wonder if he did this on purpose?

  • jackoffs win!

  • wtf is a blue jacket?

  • @mest4ever The Union in the Civil War.

  • @mest4ever its an american soldier, the term was usually used in the revolutionary war, like the British were the red coats and the americans were the blue jackets

  • @CadeHacker thanks:) always wanted to know... now they don't QUITE have the worst team name in sports, but close haha

  • @CadeHacker No, it's the civil war. Columbus was where the majority of the blue jackets the Union Army wore were made. (Why do ya think their official blue is called "Union Blue"?)

  • He really is a great player, he just plays for such a crappy team

  • Nashty.

  • this is dirtier then my google history.

  • that canoon hasnt been used very often, i think.

  • no wonder nash has never won stanley cup. i mean hes a good player but hes wasting his career in blue jackets.

  • @jhilli69 if he left he would be lebron

  • @Patanjoe123

so if ur playing a competitive sport wouldnt u try 2 win. rick nash has only been 2 4 playoff games so he should leave tha blue jackets 2 go win tha cup

  • @alphadude159 or stay with the team that drafted him

  • @Patanjoe123

yeah like 80% of first rounds picks stay with their draft teams

  • okay honestly that was the worst attempt to block a shot ive ever seen

  • watch at 0:43 that was a pathetic attempt at a block. it looks like hes trying to flap his wings haha

  • @IvegotYou21 first of all. goalies don't block, they attempt to "make a save". and the "flap" is the very normal butterfly position. learn hockey.

  • Haha, they have a cannon going off when the Jackets win because they never win that much.

  • why was the guy at the beginning wearing a bruins shirt? lol

  • what a goal

  • this is why canadians are awesome

  • and all six fans went nuts.

  • @hockeyyismylife haha its a full-house dipshit... and the twenty one other dipshits who liked your comment

  • @jackets298 if ulook up the attendace from this date, it's not a sell out. Though there was a lot of fans there for a columbus game on this day. You don't see that too often especially these days

  • jackets win?

  • @nOOb1hunter lol, hilarious..

  • what was Gigure doing?

  • Captain Morgan!

  • stupid announcers... lol nash didnt lose control....

  • hey can someone tell me if the jackets won or not? no one said anything

  • Comment removed

  • @stopdropandroll Um, CBJ is up 2-0 and Anaheim has one shooter left... do the math.

  • @mtgowns1 wow u really dont understand sarcasm, do u? i made that joke to mock the repetitive commentator.

  • I am glad he is on CBJ NOT Red Wings (Red Wings STINK!!!)

  • got a little captain in ya?

  • HE ALMOST BLEW A TIRE!

  • Calling all captains!

  • You know he dose that on purpose. he has the best off balence shot in the whole NHL

  • @sk8erboy248 eh i would have to challenge that with Dany Heatly

  • Nash is the best in Columbus ofc!

  • The Jackets have THE absolute best goal scored celebration in the league. That cannon blast is completely original.

Rick Nash. My favorite player NOT in a Wings sweater but I sure wish he was.

  • @triplexxxsatyr that would be sick.

  • the view behind the net... perfect view... it was done on purpose

  • woah, the cannons cool

  • lol i actully did this in game, and it works! the goalie gets distracted on ur leg so he loses track of the puck and u have like open net

  • Rick Nash is made of win.

  • so who won? jackets?

  • if Gigueres brain was larger than an acorn, he woulda just poked it away, instead of focusing harder than a third grade nigger trying to read.

  • @Chargersman77 lollll

  • Why didn't they say if the Jackets win or not?

  • @ISteppedOnATurd Listen carefully at 0:12 the announcer keeps repeating jackets win, jackets win

  • @Tallah0 Oh wow, you can barely hear that. This is terrible commentating, they should make it loud and clear if the Jackets won or not. They should probably repeat it a few times too so everyone hears it.

  • @ISteppedOnATurd lmao nice

  • did the jackets win ?

  • TRICKY RICKY

  • Why can't these goalies ever stop these stupid shoot-out goals?

If Nash missed the net or if Giggy saved it, Nash would have looked like a complete idiot.

  • I was there!!!!

  • @ethanrules3 ME TOO

  • its a tough call. it looks like it was accidentally on purpose...

  • the leg just threw the goals off, not that amazing, but still really tricky

  • Totally on purpose. As he turns back towards the centre of the ice he lifts his leg. LIFTS. It doesnt slide out from under him. He slows up when on one leg, fakes a bit, keeps the puck on his stick then fires high right when on the back leg. Its a planned and very successful move.

  • i was at that stadium in a hockey tournament and i was rite beside the canon

  • i feel bad for rick nash, he should be on a different team or at least put better players with him on the blue jackets

  • On purpose and my best deke I've ever seen

  • the announcers fuckin piss me off. it was obviously on purpose u fucktards! nash is great

  • lol what a goal i never seen this one b4

  • He didn't loose his balance, and it wasn't on pupose.

Watch the video again, and pay attention to his lower left leg. I found it very clear that Nash's left ankle began to buckle inward as he veered to the left, and since he was in the middle of placing a shot, he didn't have time to correct himself. I find it quite obvious that his ankle went out on him.

  • yeah i believe he does this move on purpose.. it actually doesn't look that hard...if you have good balance and stability...it looks like like he lifts his leg...does a fake and it throws the goalie off for a second...watch how carefully he still has the puck on his stick..

  • I'm a Wings but without question, the cannon fire when the Jackets score a goal is THE best arena celebration...EVER. Thumbs up for the tribute to the Union Army of the Civil War.

  • thats "OK" to what ive seen look at some of ovechkins breakaway goals like the one against the habs. or in phoenix watch that stuff that is some crazy shit there

  • Haha, thats great goal :)

  • Nasher is a beast GO JACKETS

  • nice fake lol

  • couldnt agree more with you unreal player makes an unreal play

  • Nash said afterwards that he "lost his balance" but being an avid Nash/CBJ fan, I really think he said that just so it didn't seem like he was showboating when he did it. I think he definitely did it on purpose. If you notice, he's carefully cradling the puck the entire time, even when he's supposedly about to "lose his balance". like "shortysapimp" said, no pro hockey player is just gonna lose an edge like that, especially when you're as good of a skater as Nasher is.

  • @run4fun07 Dude , it is so obvious he lost his balance , I play hockey for like 12 years now and I m pretty sure that he lost it. But thats just my opinion tho

  • @liammunky nah dude, your completely right. he lost his balance and regained it when he shot, its obvious. watch his right skate as he lifts his left, it stutter-stops, meaning he was off balance. if he didnt score, the same kids saying it was an intentional move would be saying its one of the biggest shootout bloopers ever.

  • he probably was about to fall

  • Haha what a magician, "Hey look at my foot" Bam top corner.

  • that was clearlllly on purppose. any of you guys who think it was accidental are out to lunch. clear as day it was on purpose no professional hockey player is just goona loose a skate like that, its like an old walter peyton scissor step if anyone knows what im talking about. bight the leg go top shelf atta boy nash keep it up for canada,

  • @shortysapimp

watch this and tell me Nas did it on purpose.

Nash got lucky he saved it.

  • @tomdlgns you're dumb it was on purpose. watch the fourth view of the goal and you tell me it wasn't on purpose. it was to throw the goalie off.

  • hey stuff happens ive seen plenty of nhlers lose a foot or two nash was just a bit to relaxed going into that shot

  • i would of thought it was on purpose too, except nash himself after the game said it was on accident...

  • you are a retard he said on cbj live he lost his balance u idiot so shutup

  • shut up maggot he did it on purpose

  • @hollyyb1 Definitely wasn't on purpose. I'm a Nash fan, and even I can realize it was a mistake.

  • holy shit that was cool

  • okay shut the fuck up with the debate it was an accident that turned out for the better

  • @fantastopotomus: Actually, both of the BJs announcers are from Ontario, Canada. Haha!

  • @handello lol daym

  • @handello hahaha u said BJs lol

  • @handello but the reason they commentate an american team and not a Canadian team, because they suck so they have to commentate a team that sucks

  • Gigure was in the net himself, poor goaltending.

  • no way he meant to do that

  • you can see that he loses an edge AFTER he is on one foot, what was he doing going on one foot in the first place?

  • If he said in the post game interview that he lost his balance then why all of this debate?

  • no hes not covering his mouth hes taking out his mouth guard

  • @xxxRICKNASHDABOMBxxx Ya everyone knows that when you score a dirty goal in the NHL you take your mouthguard out shortly after!! true fact watch every goal it will happen

  • he was just taking out his mouthguard....

    but he did plan it.

  • bahaha "he couldn't repeat that move again!!"

    obvs these commentators are american...

  • what does that have to do with being american? lol...americans are aware that hockey players are very talented

  • i agree. it doesn't look like he lost an edge. Definitely on PURPOSE

  • this was on purpose...you can see how quickly he got back on both skates to roof that....its just a move he did to get the goalie off guard.

  • has he been interviewed about this? did he do it on purpose or not?

  • Yeah, the post game interview he says he lost his balance.

  • the ducks goaltender looked stunned like, "did that just go in?"

    or f***

  • I'm sure this was on purpose and Giguere was fooled with that move he became frozen.

Anyway, he was not skating very fast for his ability. Also when you lose balance you don't lift a feet in the air it will be worse.

He is in perfect control on this one. Nice goal!

  • He said he lost his balance.

    You're clueless.

  • @Cheezwise He was not in perfect control. He almost fell backwards. Check out the Dennis Wideman shootout goal for what almost happened to Nash. Would have been funny.

  • @Cheezwise it was accidental. he said so in an interview

  • It was on purpose...lol, I could tell he practice this move.

  • NASH= CAPTAIN MORGAN :)

  • Afterward, Nash admitted this wasn't a planned move. It was a pretty good one, though.

  • Rick Nash count the cash baby!!!

  • awesome, he probably did it on purpose to distract giguere cuz nash is so amazing like that.

  • LOL, apparantly, you have never skated or played Hockey. He lost his balance for sure. that was not planned. it still looked cool but it was not planned.

  • lol yea you're right about me not skating or playing hockey i was just saying that nash it so aweome that it would not surprise me if he did it on purpose.

  • i'm gonna cum

  • that's good stuff!!

  • Rick Nash has a little captain in him.

  • wow pretty tight

  • that was sick!

  • It seems like he lost his balance but of what he says it was to get the goalie out....

  • hahah awesome
