Always nice to see chicks playing video games. If you're serious about them, which it appears you are I would recommend upgrading. The gfx card you have is already outdated and will probably be obsolete when games like battlefield 3 come out.

Well the minimum req would probably be a Nvidia 8800 Geforce. If you want to get maximum gfx get a gtx 460 range and if you want to go berserk get dual gtx 460+. For processors get maybe a quad core, again if you want to go berserk get an I7. Really, it depends on how much money you are willing to spend. RAM is also important, anything 4GB + is more than enough.
