After listening to this, I went and listened to the original.

I like EVERYTHING about your version more than the original. ESPECIALLY the vocal. Obviously, you took the song down a notch, but your vocal is way better than the original. And I like your simple arrangement much more than the overproduced studio version. The little conga bit is brilliant. Love the string quartet in the bridge. Well done!
