I'v enever played WoW, not even tried it, so I can't say anything about it.
However, i do play RuneScape. It can get quite repetitive, but all games do, no matter what it is. The unique thing that RuneScape has that no other game has is the ability to train so many skills, some involving real life situations, like construction, farming, thieving(keke), hunter, smithing, and mining. Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
NONE of those are real life situations. although it is a good thing you arn't saying anything about WoW. JUst try WoW for 10 days at Worldofwarcraft*com, you'll see

You haven't played much with rogue, right? Noticed that you use mouse to click on the class abilities. But, anyway. (want to say my own opinion) Well, Runescape. So bad graphics that i don't want to even test the game. Ah, well WoW looks much more better in graphical way and it has much more abilities than Runescape! I would vote for the WoW if i would have to base my answer to this video. And would vote WoW anyway! But everone has their own opinions, don't fight over them. Sorry for typos, etc.

Here's how it goes. Runescape player thinks his game is awesome and a god. RS player sees WoW and realizes his game doesn't look so good. RS player says graphics arent everything. nickyrules. player diversity, character designs, and graphics is the dirst thing someone notices but an actual WoW player knows theres more behind Wow then great looks and diversity in all characters. There's amazing gameplay, a huge arsenal of techniques,spells,and skills(more then RS counting combat and trade).PvE and PvP in WoW is just way better then RS. Overall Rs is a good game but WoW is just better
