To change gravity and airaccelerate you need console.

Find your root cs exe file and change the filename to cstrike -console.exe

Then press ~ to access console and type

sv_gravity 800 (default, 240 for scoutz etc)

sv_airaccelerate 100 (over 100 is no difference)
