Great drill. All that is needed the whole team on board is 1.Take time to explain it.2. Walk it through with the players. 3 Split the exercise down into 3/4 blocks so they see the various parts and can relate to what you tell them.4 repeat ,repeat,repeat. Players are not stupid.........if you exclude the front row that is... :) joking. Did this exercise with colts under 16's 14's .
@mattorpaul makes a team of 15 all work at once. looks allot harder than it really is. make the players walk through it a few times and they will get it.

Good drill but too much chaos!! Imagine teaching this to n e 1. It will take most of the training. Keep it simple.
