stefanierose88: you asked this question a while ago but I still want to reply. One of the things you could do is to hire a doula. There are many ways on how one could afford a doula and many will try work with low-income families.
not everyone has the ablitity to change their health care provider. I have medicaid and my OB sees me for 5 mins and doesnt remember anything I tell him. Do you suggestions about how I can make the best of my situation?
