@sweetandhandmade I actually did it did just that while doing ur tutorial for the first time :) it looks good, it adds a little hint of the 3rd color on the sides, definitely worth trying. Thanks again !

1. thank u ur explanation is so good. 2. if i replace the second pair of "red" stands with a 3rd color do u think its wud be a chevron with two colors and then a heart in a 3rd?

Interesting, you one make one knot on each strand. I've always seen people (and have learned myself) one forward knot is actually 2 knots together which makes a complete knot.
