i think its quite refreshing that in a world of cynicism someone with lighthearted humour is around. I don't always want to have to laugh at people who use edgy humour all the time, or else it loses its effect. But thats just my opinion. Just like what you just said is your opinion. Just watched the DVD (my copy arrived early), and this bit wasn't on it, although I now realise that she was wearing a different shirt as well, so presumably this was a different performance.

There's some soundbites on the menus that weren't in the show either, but there is a bonus bootleg of her 'kindness ans exuberance' show on the DVD so perhaps they're from that.

Yeh this is coming out on DVD the same day as Stewart Lee's new one, July 28th. Funny, I've seen no advertising for it.

I'm undecided what I think of her but it is good to see someone doing stand up without trying desperately to be outrageous and 'offensive' all the time.

there is another clip on (play. com). and you can preorder it for £8.99. I'm not too sure how well the warm atmos and hysteria of one of her gigs would transfer to dvd but i'm looking forward to finding out. Can't wait for stewart lee one either

well I think she is brilliant as last week i saw her follow both stewart lee and greg fleet at the bloomsbury. Only a legend can follow two other legends like that. I was crying (with laughter obviously). maybe this is a forthcoming gofasterstripe release?
