@alanco22 I would really recommend a digital piano in that case.. You should be able to find a used one for less than 250 dollar I think..

I am an amateur piano player...I stress on the word amateur. I can only learn to play with tutorials like yours...just tell me what keys to press & at what speed & and I can pick it up easily. The main, if not the only problem that I am having right now is getting my left hand to do some repetitive task like you do in this song while you play a melody with your right hand. I just can't get my brain to send signals that way. My hands have to work in unison but that makes me feel out of sync. Thx.

@andyrooney12 The thing is, that if you start thinking about it, it goes wrong. You have to try and master your left hand, so you won't have to think about it anymore. You cannot focus on both the left and the right hand, because than everything will go wrong.. Just don;t think about one of your hands ;)

This is a nice song to start out with but it's a bit difficult.

My tutorial for adele shows a different kind of song to play, no melody just the background music..

I'd start out on this one, and if you find it too difficult you can try someone like you by adele.

The thing is that, playing with both hands is just the most difficult aspect of playing the piano. So what I'd advise you to do (at least in the beginning) is really learn the hands apart from each other, than try to play it together. And just practice it very slowly if you can't manage to go quick!!

Rechts en links samenvoegen is iets waar alle beginnende pianospelers tegenaanlopen en het is natuurlijk niet eenvoudig. Zeker nu het ritme van de rechterhand totaal anders is dan dat van de linker. De enige manier om dat te kunnen samenvoegen is als je beide los goed kunt spelen. Het liefts met je ogen dicht. Dus als je je rechter hand met je ogen dicht kunt spelen, dan kun je met je ogen kijken naar hoe je linker hand speelt.

het valt wel mee als je het met die saaie klassike mozart muziek gaat vergelijk waarbij je met allebei de handen een andere melodie moet spelen, das pas lastig!, eigenlijk is dit niet zo heel erg moeilijk..

het is inderdaad aan te raden om eerst de rechterhand met ogen dicht te leren spelen en daarna concentreren op de linkerhand, anders kom je er heel moeilijk ;)
