Holocaust denial is not explicitly illegal in Canada. One can be subject to laws regarding hate speech, however, this is not equivalent to law making holocaust denialism illegal leaving one is free to express such beliefs (with certain exceptions).
What an asshole! There is no debate on torture, it's illegal, it's settled and people have been convicted of the crime. The leaders of the US are war criminals and we are just as responsible as the German people were for Nazi Germany.
