Richmond High should be closed down, bulldozed, the staff fired, the kids sent to boot camp. I think it would be worse to go to richmond high then to drop out of school all together. Its like a mini prison, full of criminals, animals and corruption. Most of the parents who send their kids to Richmond High are either illegal immigrants, ex-convicts, Drug addicts, or unemployed welfare moms.

25 years is not enough, forced rape should be considered on par with murder if not worse. The victim has to live the rest of their life in fear, feeling shame, embarrasment, guilt, regrets, so much is taken away, it's such a brutal and barbaric crime that we in the US have grown accustomed to on a daily basis. One of the only laws I agree with in the muslim world is their capital punishment for rape.

It's highly if not certian you'll face jail time but with a good lawyer and jury you might not. It could be defense in which your tying to protect that persons life and/or it could be arguied it was in the heat of the moment.

This should not be blamed on simply certain ethic groups, this should be faulted to a system that treats women and their bodies as objects, where we laugh and joke about rape.

I don't think its right for someone to simply say that this girl was raped by illegal immigration and rap music. This culture of immigration does not only apply to latinos and blacks.
