This was our $20 boat more or less. It was glue and screw construction, with exterior enamel paint. If you take your time and do it right , it won't leak.
This one leaked at first, we had to repair it a little bit, only because my brother was scared and tried to get in the boat before it was all the way in the water, and the boat was sort of being held up in the front and back a little bit with the middle off the ground, you can almost see this in the video, and his 240lbs caused the bottom to separate from the side a little bit in one place when he stepped in.
@SthealthRaider Yeah, we could've used epoxy, but then if we ran over it with a truck it still would've leaked. It's just a matter of what you are going to use the boat for and how rough on it you will be.
