  • AT 3:47 you almost got a wet behind. Nice boat though, one person and a littler troller would be an awesome combination.

  • Nicce boat!..Dont fall in that super mucky sludge lol It looks a little like water!

  • thats a good one man skiff for sure .....nicely done . . . .should add a little 1.5 seagull on the transom . .. .

  • It looks good either way..

  • Did you seal it with epoxy or did you just paint it?

  • This was our $20 boat more or less. It was glue and screw construction, with exterior enamel paint. If you take your time and do it right , it won't leak.

  • This one leaked at first, we had to repair it a little bit, only because my brother was scared and tried to get in the boat before it was all the way in the water, and the boat was sort of being held up in the front and back a little bit with the middle off the ground, you can almost see this in the video, and his 240lbs caused the bottom to separate from the side a little bit in one place when he stepped in.

  • Even so most of the water you see in it came over the sides when we had two people, haha.

  • @sohcneondriver it leaked cuzz you didnt epoxied it :3

  • @SthealthRaider Yeah, we could've used epoxy, but then if we ran over it with a truck it still would've leaked. It's just a matter of what you are going to use the boat for and how rough on it you will be.

  • @sohcneondriver

how much cost a plywood sheet ?

  • @hitachi088

1/4 plywood varies, sometimes as low as $12 or as high as $20

  • @sohcneondriver Could you tell me where I can purchase the plans or at least the specs? Thank you :)

  • @Tewrobert

You can't buy the plans... because they are free!

Just search for Herb's boat pages then click on the link for the One Sheet Skiff
