As Mingming is not a family cruising boat, and it's just you aboard, have you considered a hammock? You would then always move gently to the low side, and it would only be in the event of a 360 degree roll that you would risk a fall (in something bigger it might be possible to rig a hammock in such a way that even then you'd not fall, merely have the boat turn around you).
