I feel better now lol. I was kind of terrified when my son told me "I love you" before he reached the age of 2 months now I know I'm not alone when it comes to babies saying a few words early lol :-D. Then I'm not surprised because he's in a gifted and talented school now lol :-D

@Joce61586 My son was the same way. At 6 weeks old, he repeated my 'thank you!' (he said 'gank oou!'). At 4 months old, he would let me know he wanted to nurse by saying "milk! milk! milk!". Got it on video 'cos the pediatrician didn't believe me. Mine also is in a gifted school.

My son said "hello" at exactly 2 months old as well, maybe there is something about that age, he said it quite a few times, always in response to us, but then lost it as he got older. Of course now he is 1 1/2 years old and talks intelligently nonstop about everything, so I'm sure it worked it's way into his language formation!
