My 45days ends this wednesday and so far i dont have the sales. After i switch to pay as earned but for any reason my downlines do not want to switch to pay as earned and decides to stay on advance commissions...do i still get overrides on their sales? And If i do, if the memberships they sold cancels before 12 months will ppl still give me a chargeback even after i switched to pay as earned?
@Chinkyprep88 Yes you should get overrides unless they changed it. Any profit you and your downlines made on advance commissions still apply until the members renew. Yes you can get hit with charge backs but only on those sales that was advance commission. Once you become pay as earned they apply it to new member sales. Old sales on advanced commissions have to renew for pay as earned to take effect due to advance commissions taking one-year to clear.
Instead of choosing to milk people out of money We channeled our energy and money in helping people sell their products on our websites. With advanced commissions they charge you for how many months left after canceled membership plus about 37 for penalties and interests. After i switch to pay as earned but for any reason my downlines do not want to switch to pay as earned and decides to stay on advance commissions...do i still get overrides on their sales? And If i do, if the memberships they sold cancels before 12 months will ppl still give me a chargeback even after i switched to pay as earned?

@Chinkyprep88 Yes you should get overrides unless they changed it. Any profit you and your downlines made on advance commissions still apply until the members renew. Yes you can get hit with charge backs but only on those sales that was advance commission. Once you become pay as earned they apply it to new member sales. Old sales on advanced commissions have to renew for pay as earned to take effect due to advance commissions taking one-year to clear.

Instead of choosing to milk people out of money We channeled our energy and money in helping people sell their products on our websites. We inspect everything before mailing it out and it's guaranteed we have them in storage. Ebay should've done this and maybe they would've been more successful without all those fees.

@Chinkyprep88 Type in the owner of the company which is Harland and it will tell you everything from how the company came to be to the lawsuits starting in 1997. 95% of the lawsuits they pleaded no contest to with only about 2 cases in 2004 overturned out of thousands lost In 2001 and in 2005 they pleaded no contest to fraud totaling up to $9.9 million each person. in 1997 they admitted to fraud and had to stop selling living trusts ordered by the FTC. Since that time SEC and FTC are suing.

@Chinkyprep88 Pay as earned takes longer but you won't get hit with charge-backs. take what ever they pay with advance commissions and divide it by 12. thats how you figure out pay as earned per month. You will need at least $5,000 like us to advertise in theaters and bill-boards. Be warned the top earners and/or Investors don't like competition. They will call your phone pretending to be clients asking questions only associates would ask.

@Chinkyprep88 You're almost correct. Just take the advance commissions they throw at you on the chart and divide it by 12. They hate teaching pay as earned. With advanced commissions they charge you for how many months left after canceled membership plus about 37 for penalties and interests. They use that charge-back money to buy back their stocks and give cash bonuses to top earners. They're Hobos in suits with rags to rich stories.

If you're making a certain amount of money they will refuse switching you to pay as earned status. If your downlines don't sell anything they will eventually quit. Your downlines can hurt you as well plus they're a lot of work to deal with. Don't get too comfortable because their investments are shaky.
