the name of the commentator is Rami Veitz. he's shit nowadays and rather senile (he's also famous for leaving a studio during a live match because the director didn't give him the replay he wanted...) but that surely was a great piece of commentating rememberd to most Israelies.
He's said himself that he's a Chelsea fan, so thumbs up for his genuine enthusiasm
