Miss Lauren, I have been trying to get my 6 yr old daughter to use the neti pot when she is sick. Your video helped give her the courage to try it too. Now her nose is clear and she is no longer afraid. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

you're the best mother ever. you're using nature medicine - not many parents realise how bed those spreys are.. never mind. how often can I do this when I"m 24? please let me know. I have full nose constantly and I hate it!
