Really great video. Something that most people don't address. I would love to see a no-budget method lol. For student filmmakers with basically nothing.
I like the studio method, but actually driving gives a more realistic feel. There are little lights that cost about $5 (pack of two) you can get from Walmart or Target. You can stick them anywhere because they're so small. Also they run off batteries and give off a decent amount of light. With a bit of creativity u can light.
@R3APER24 That Walmart light tip is an excellent idea for young filmmakers on a budget! Thanks for sharing. Some of our other videos deal with more "no budget" methods for making video, too, so hopfully student filmmakers will find those useful.
@Benny321meins The best, most obvious ways would be to cover the mirror surface or to make sure that it's angled to not reflect the green screen -- which we obviously forgot to do here! XD It's a good reminder to always double check all the little details when you're making a video.
@lukehildreth Many video creators feel that you get a more realistic end product by filming in the actual car. but it really depends a lot on what's most convenient and looks best for the individual.
Hi video maker, i really like your videos but it doesnt help much becuase most of us are beginners and working on low budget projects, all i am saying is you should teach us how to make videos using simple techniques and simple equipments.
@HassanSualeh We understand that it can be frustrating when you're just getting started, because even low-end equipment can seem prohibitively expensive. Sometimes you can't avoid spending money, but there's a lot you can do with cheap household items and free software. Some of our other videos deal with these topics, and you can get further tips on cheap alternatives through the Videomaker regular email tips line.

What happened to the really cool intros and lower thirds that were in the last 2 episodes?
REALITYjk 6 months ago
@REALITYjk We have a few different intros that we've used over the years. Some of the older videos that we upload still use older intros.

Really great video guys, I love car scenes.
A few months ago I did a project like this, where I projected the background, rather than using a green screen. It turned out pretty good :)
