We are not only living through a crisis in the Church: we are also living through a crisis in society and in family life. The proper use of music could help to remedy this, not only if we listen to good music - which is itself a great blessing - and refuse to allow the poison of Rock (among other things) to enter our homes, but more particularly if we can rediscover practical music-making.
