I just love your tips. I live in the Caribbean and can find most of the supplies except Aloe Vera Juice...however we do have lots of the stuff growing in the back yard. Any suggestions on how to make my own juice?

My dad taught me to gargle warm salt water for a sore throat when I was about 6 and I've done it ever since! He also has us dip a Q-tip into peroxide and rub it on the back of our throat (yes, you will get that gag reflex for a second) and the kills the germs!! You'll be feeling better in no time!
