Strain it through a cheesecloth - pour it into the cloth and squeeze the cloth. Discard the fiber or dry it out for "beef jerky" which may be effective

The whole trip lasts around 8 hours.

The peak plateau experience should be about 4 hours long? and then it *gradually* wears off leaving you feeling "cleansed and refreshed" the next day. They are gift from nature.
