You guys know the dog was The Thing, ever since the beginning of the movie. That's why the Norwegians were shooting at it. And Norris gets infected by the dog. Look at the scene when the dog goes into the guys room. The shadow clearly resembles Norris' head.

I love this film. Why did they f**k up the DVD transfer. It's a little screen that you have to enlarge, loosing quality doing so. Such a shame when you see how well the new transfers of the original 'Halloween' movie and the 'Freddy Krueger' movies were done.

When I bought the video, about 15 years ago, this was a different song, and not as good.

I knew I wasn't going crazy! I saw it when it came out in the theathers with Superstition playin on the radio then I saw the TV edit movie and it was a totally different song and your right it was carppy and sounded overdubbed and out of place.

your actually wrong it was originally a different song then they changed it to this very supersticious

no, it was originally supersititious because you can clearly tell it is coming from the tape player...it is a natural sound. The other song by the four tops was use to cover up Superstitious in some releases due to copyright, but it wasn't covered up very good.
