Ariel is 10 in this match. They played at the Olympic trials this year in a rematch where Ariel was 12. (part of that match is on youtube somewhere, and Whitney won 4-0. That said, Whitney uses speed glue, so it'll be interesting to see how she plays since the ban started September 1st. Ariel sees the ball very early, truly amazing reflexes. She has plenty of time to diversify her game - she really needs a lot more spin on her shots than she currently has to jump another level.

She is one hyper little girl. My rating is about 1800 so i bet i would win a few games against them. Ariel's coach, Sara Fu, is probably goiong to move to seattle in a few weeks and she is going to be my coach. Hahahahaha. You are coming to erroneous conclusions by trying to nullify his words when you don't even know who it is you are speaking to. Kirbster has seen these players play a full match, but you haven't seen Kirbster play at all. So don't create fallacies in your reasoning by denying his right to say that these ping pong players suck when you have no evidence yourself to prove him otherwise. Have a nice day.

I was only trying to point out that there is something more to this sport than can be discerned without real-life experience, and assumptions based on purely visual evidence don't warrant an attack. kirbster, if you're not over 1400 usatt please stfu, you & darknes. i'm with cas on this one. if you were actually a decent player, you'd know both of them are over 2000 in rating. there's a very small percentage of people that can play 2000 or higher. i wouldn't be surprised if you were some kid who thinks he's good because you beat all your friends and ppl in nearby dorms. (cuz none of them would break 1200 and 99% of them wouldn't even break 800)
