Joyce Meyer does NO preach a prosperity message. infact, she was one of a few leaders of ministries that published all their financial details, and showed publicly where the money their ministry recieved went. I know Creflo Dollar was brought into question at this time aswell, and DID NOT produce financial details. HE is a flase teacher, Joyce Meyer, does not preach a prosperity gospel.

Well, thanks for the info, but I will reserach it myself. I believe Joyce Myer to be alot more genuine and humble then many preachers, whether she's a success or not. And God still uses her ministry to reach so many people, I being one of them. On personal issues, her teaching, has been a medium by which God has healed me. I am not against preachers earning a salary so they can support themselves and their families, but to be making more money than world leaders, selling God's word instead is downright wrong.
Not once did I say it was ok to sell god and ask people to give, what they can't give. Never once did I say that. I love God, I'm with you, not against you, on the issue of prosperity preachers. I haven't heard Joyce Meyers preach prosperity. In fact most of her meetings are about life's REAL problems and than she match's it with scripture. Yes. She has books and DVD"s out there but that is our choice to purchase them or not. Yes. There are some preachers I have watched and by the end of the show I feel like I watched one of those late night real estate seminars that are on in the middle of the night. It is a very interesting thing, in despite that the prosperity gospel is preached on a lot of churchs, however, there isn´t any statistical research which proves that believers on prosperity gospel have a upper economical status than another believers except Benny Hinn, Joyce Mayer and similar preachers...
Yeah, I am not exactly sure how "seed" got reinterpreted into that of money, when in the old test it was what you put into the ground to get a crop to eat and in the new testament it stood for the word of God according to Jesus himself.

Who is the true 'villian' in this? They say you can't con an honest man. These leaders were created by all those who 'play church'. Many people are sick of being poor, or not having enough, and why should'n't they be? Poverty sucks. Or maybe they just want more regardless of what they've got now. I personally know Joel Osteen and he is a very humble, sweet, kind, loving man. I remember when his father, John, was running the ministry and he started in an old barn. Lakewood Church never ever asks for offerings and only has basket located in the church for people to give on their own. Maybe we need to look up scripture on casting judgement. Leave that to God. Joel is a good man.

Joyce Meyer does NO preach a prosperity message. infact, she was one of a few leaders of ministries that published all their financial details, and showed publicly where the money their ministry recieved went. Well, thanks for the info, but I will reserach it myself. I believe Joyce Myer to be alot more genuine and humble then many preachers, whether she's a success or not. And God still uses her ministry to reach so many people, I being one of them. On personal issues, her teaching, has been a medium by which God has healed me. I haven't heard Joyce Meyers preach prosperity. In fact most of her meetings are about life's REAL problems and than she match's it with scripture. Yes. She has books and DVD"s out there but that is our choice to purchase them or not. Yes. There are some preachers I have watched and by the end of the show I feel like I watched one of those late night real estate seminars that are on in the middle of the night. It is a very interesting thing, in despite that the prosperity gospel is preached on a lot of churchs, however, there isn´t any statistical research which proves that believers on prosperity gospel have a upper economical status than another believers except Benny Hinn, Joyce Mayer and similar preachers...

Yeah, I am not exactly sure how "seed" got reinterpreted into that of money, when in the old test it was what you put into the ground to get a crop to eat and in the new testament it stood for the word of God according to Jesus himself.

Who is the true 'villian' in this? They say you can't con an honest man. These leaders were created by all those who 'play church'. Many people are sick of being poor, or not having enough, and why should'n't they be? Poverty sucks. Or maybe they just want more regardless of what they've got now. Their spiritual relationship is mostly a shadow of earlier days, or an echo of pretense, if that.
They are asking for someone to come and give them the good news that life can be better, richer.

I personally know Joel Osteen and he is a very humble, sweet, kind, loving man. I remember when his father, John, was running the ministry and he started in an old barn. Lakewood Church never ever asks for offerings and only has basket located in the church for people to give on their own. Maybe we need to look up scripture on casting judgement. Leave that to God. Joel is a good man.

I disagree with you, we are called to judge and test the words of those who claim to be preachers. Are you saying these men are beyond criticism? Are they infallible? No, Benny Hinn prophesied that Fidel Castro would die in the 90s but he still alive. Did Hinn ever repent of that false prophesy? I have been in benny Hinn´s conference and there was a presence of God. I had also been touched by God in Rodney Howard-Browne meeting.

Instead of listening to this try listening to the message of many of these preachers. I am against prosperity preaching however many of these people in the video are not prosperity preachers. Just because someone writes book and sells material doesn't make them greedy. i would be careful about judging some of these. God has brought many to himself through these ministries. How much are you doing to spread the Gospel?

Your too tight to give to God so u use this as an excuse not to give. If these preachers are wrong, God will deal with them. He will also deal with thoses who refuse to give to the work of God. Since I started giving to God, he has given back to me more than I can ask or need. Don't be such a carnal idot. Give to God and see if it works or not. Don't just complain about what other people do. That's Gods business not yours. You do what God ask, and that is to give your 10% plus offerings.
