I hate Tsubasa. It started out as a thing I read off from a book, and then I found out it had a TV series, so I watched it ALL THE WAY to the end. Even that freaky part when Sakura from CardCaptures just pops out of now where. I didn't like the series because it had too much different paths of the story line, the characters looked played or like they were from some vampire manga, and the last chapter was "TOTALLY" out of control. In any case, it was just because I thought "Tsubasa" was weird.

@mooneternal99 Yes and No, I won't tell you much coz it is a spoiler but Tsubasa Chronicle is a HUGE cross-over of almost every CLAMP's work (excluding most recent work like Kobato and Gate 7) You should read XxXHolic at the same time. TRC and Holic are connected. And it almost a must to fully understand the story.

Amazing! I am shocked to see this anime song got over 1 million views. That's highly unusual for an anime theme song.

Bee Train shamelessly ruined the anime. The whole season 2 is nothing but wasting our time. Would it kill them if they could just follow the manga or waited for the authors to complete more chapters before making the anime? Season 2 sucks! Even the OVAs are 100x better/ more valuable than the whole season. They really need to remake the series. Don't let good story go to waste.

@jhenigma1 dude, you should DEFINITELY read the maga, it's so much better than the anime, i know, the ending is totally disapointing, but in the manga you will read a lot of interesting things about fye's past and more about shaoran, let me help you with that, after ep 42, watch the tokyo revetations ovas, then read form 136 to 167, then shunraki ovas and then from 183 till the end of the manga, it's much better than the anime :)

@KeybladePirate i am sorry to say but i dont think theres much dubbed :) both are good :) but i am watching the sub as i cant find the dubbed i watched a few episodes of dubbed and changed to subs and english dubbed is quite soft... hope this helps... enjoy watching!!

Ok, question. I'm now watching CCS. When i'm finished with that, should i give Tsubasa a shot? Wise choice? I mean, what i'm really hoping to see is Sakura and Tomoyo a second time, almost a sequel to CCS. Is it anything like CCS at all? More importantly (to me) is there any Sakura x Tomoyo hinting?

And if i'm just looking for more CCS, maybe i have the wrong attitude and i won't find it in Tsubasa? BASICALLY, WOULD IT BE A WASTE OF TIME FOR ME, A CCS FAN, TO WATCH THIS ANIME?

@KeybladePirate In the manga there is a Tomoyo x Sakura part (since the person's soul stays the same = Tomoyo always loves Sakura) but the anime was lame so it made it Kurogane x Tomoyo and ruined the canon.

@misssweetmarshmellow it's a really cool anime the show uses some of the characters from Cardcaptor Sakura and there personalities and relationships are similar but the story is very different and a little hard to explain basically Syaoran and Sakura along with other 3 others travel to different worlds in order to recover Sakura's lost memories which for some reason have taken the form of feathers the plot gets complicated later on in the story but its still a great show

*SPOLIER* what really got me was that the bad guy was not really a bad guy just the price for bring some one from the dead is a huge price. and that watanuki has a huge part in this manga never saw it coming lol. does syaoran show up in xxxholic? i know that if u watch carefully or read carefully u can see that from all of clamps productions u see items that charaters have used....like for example fai's staff is used beating a rug.

When making the manga, CLAMP deliberately reused characters from multiple other manga. However, the characters used are alternate universe versions of the originals. So in a way, Tsubasa IS a mix of other CLAMP works. However, it is definitely a work independent from the others.

@shine777bunny I think you shouldn't. It's shit compared to the manga, the art is more than bad, they changed the story and did tons of stupid stuff. But try the OVAs - Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations and Tsubasa Shunraiki - they are 100% manga canon. :)
