@tiarakf & @minhquanguyen I disagree...Beyonce has a very complex voice being able to sing a lot of different genres of music. Just look at her albums...All which are three very different albums...Dangerously in love gaves us the more soul & r&b side...B'Day more the R&B hip-hop style with the up-tempo songs... & I Am...Sasha fierce... with classical music, accoustic, alternate, r&b hip-hop, pop, etc! Beyonce has a complex voice...i'm sure she would be able to sing this...... In her own style:)

@maliklik95 Hmm...I don't think Beyonce's style of singing suits this genre of music. Beyonce really encouraged the growth of R&B that was closer to hip-hop, whereas Brandy was one of the leaders of funk R&B. Plus, Beyonce's belting style tends to overshadow the supporting music; that's why so much brass is used on her songs, because horns are capable of being heard over her voice. Brandy's lower-key vocals allow the more complex instrumental arrangements and harmonies to breathe.
