  • Can someone tell me where I can buy this album?? One of the best albums from Norway...ever!

  • i got mine from ebay, but i hear that cadaver is re-releasing 'hallucinating anxiety' and '...in pains' sometime this year.

  • @timninerell where'd you hear this and do you know when??

  • @Deathmetaldood810 i read it on the cadaver myspace page

  • @timninerell where di you hear this and do you know when??

  • @MustGroove76 I found mine on Kvlt shop site for less than 20 euros !

  • You can really hear the bass, a rarity in extreme metal.

  • yeah man. i'm not sure if you knew this, but they also used a stand up bass on this album, another rarity in metal. actually, i don't know of any other metal band to use a stand up bass. very original and excellent band. it's a shame that this album isn't regarded as one of the best death metal albums of all time. oh well, those who are aware of ...in pains realize what this is, and that is a true masterpiece.

  • Even in the underground there are bands that remain unrecognized.

  • Yeah but the funny thing is that this album was in a well know metal label earache records

  • yeah, that is wierd. cadaver is so underrated it should be illegal. ...In pains is in my opinion, one of the best if not THE best death metal album of all time. It's so morbid and complex.

  • P.S. thx for sharing this song the funny fact is that i discovered cadaver the past friday searching at wikipedia Micheal Amott then i realise that he played in carnage and their album was a split with the first cadaver album :)

  • no problem man. carnage is fuckin sick too.

  • @timninerell Not to mention the fact that NOBODY else really sounded quite like these guys. Ahh, the good old days... when you could tell one death metal band from the next.

  • used a stand up bass-wtf-thats odd,did they use it on the whole album?

  • in the album credits it says: Eilert Solstad - bass, doublebass. so i guess it wasn't used for the whole album.

  • What do you mean with stand up bass?

  • like one of those big ass basses used in orchestras.

  • Ohh thanks, it's clear for me now

  • this & Hallucinating Anxiety need to be remastered & reissued

  • graet old sholl band. They briught such an original sound for their times, love the inclusion of the standup bass in their music

  • awesome post!!!! This album is rare as, I used to have it but regretably got rid of it
