The DHS in the USA claims 2% of all child support paid... the system is not fair for those whom work... such as a female doesn't have to work she is allowed to have as many children which are like lottery tickets for her cause she will receive money while the other party has to suffer...I my self do not think any party who has more than one child should be able to receive support,,, she had one she couldnt take care of why should she be allowed to have more which the state has to pay for......

I understand. I only make $1100 per month but child support enforcement claims that I make 2-3000 per month. Even when I sent in information from my employer showing what I made, they still REFUSED to change the amount, telling me I need to hire a lawyer. I feel you pain! Years ago I was falsely accused by Tenn. child support enforcement of oweing nearly $12,000 in back child support. Solution: I wrote a detailed letter to both the President and Vice-President of U.S. at the same time. No word from Bush at the time, But VP Dick Chaney's office Bitch slapped TN and I got a FULL appology from Tenn. and cleared of the False amount they claimed was due! You can't get state lic attorneys to sue in state paid courts to punish state pd (unionized) bureaucrats. We need a federal class action lawsuit. Pls watch pt. nine of my video and pls comment. If your vid would've been about a dog humping a toddler you would've gotten 2 mil views but yours got 791. People care more about humping than justice in this country and the courts know it.

I'm a single mother, so I am on the opposite end of your type of situation. BUT it doesn't matter. That worker cannot legally give out your information to people not involved with the case and it was just cruel to refuse to at least grant you a temporary license (which can be done VERY easily) so you could attend your mother's funeral. I would recommend contacting Pine Tree Legal, they could probably help you. (I also live in Maine-L/A.)

I work at a DHHS office and this man / woman could lose his / her job if he let out your information. Client confidentiality is a must in our department. If this officer wouldn't help you to go to yor mom's wake or funeral then he / she should be fired. He is using unfair tactics on you. I would find a lawyer asap. DHHS workers get a bad rep because of people like him / her. Good luck and would like to see you win your case. Post it if you win.

Go for it man. I went through hell with them and so did some other very good friends of mine and they didn't know what way to turn. Sue their asses and the caseworkers too maybe it''ll teach them all a lesson about respect. You will have alot of people behind you and who will support you.
