or you can just use the rim on a basketball goal as a reference point ... for example. my reach is 7' 4" i can get an inch above the rim standing still ... therefore my vertical leap/jump is 33"... running i can get about 4 inches therefore my vertical is 3'5".

@teenflying101 : cool man! just make sure it's done similar to that, dont want the base close to you when you're jumping.. landing on the base would suck.. the "rungs" (things you touch) has to extend out a good distance 12-24"

how high was the standing and the full running at the end? i'm suprised about the other jumps i thought you were getting much higher than 31,32. guess the vertec never lies

standing = 26".. vertec doesn't lie but i wasn't planning on doing max rvj's yesterday.. 1 step 31, 2 step 32 is exactly where i should be for 35+" rvj.. if you check my logo after big dunk sessions i get pretty fried, and sometimes can barely hit 30" off max rvj, so those numbers were actually good considering no caffeine and ~5 lb heavier than i normally am when i peak for dunks.. tomorrow i should be getting up real good.

@LanceSTS : haha nice.. about 4 hours, like 30 minutes for the base/poles/etc, but the top piece with the rungs on it took like 3hours30minutes hehe.. have to screw on a bunch of bolts/washers by hand.

it's not adjustable to 9' or whatever, but that would be easy, all i would need is to make a second half piece thats 3 feet instead of 4 feet.. for example, base, first piece (6 feet), second piece (3 feet), top piece..

@allstarNZ : hah thanks man.. your boi Adam from TVS guided me/helped me make it... i got a few more modifications i need to make, fill the base with sand, and extend the rungs so i have more room to jump & touch without worrying about landing on the base.

it screws together.. takes like 1minute to assemble :D
