This happened to me the other day, except it lasted a lot longer and I didn't die a second time. Then after about 20 seconds I got a random killcam titles "Headshot Killcam" instead of "Killcam" and I watched 5 seconds of someone on the other team walk around, no kill, no kill in the killfeed. I think it happens a lot.
