To lose fat you have to burn more calories than you consume and to build muscle you have to consume more calories than you burn. You can't do it at the same time. You don't know what your talking about. You may be in shape but you don't understand the science behind how you got in shape.

The plank doesnt really make you lose belly fat!!! Sure sprinting will but the plank? What a dumb ass. Leg raises and herl touches are good exercises for toning your stomach
This video is stupid...Please research before posting those moves are completely stupid. How to build mass and lose fat : Balanced ,Healthy Nutrition , minimum of 30 minutes cardiovascular exercises :running,basketball... And weight lifting..

Did someone check her certification before they let her on the mat? Last time I checked, by trying to target reduce only makes it worse. You build the muscle under the fat and it makes you look worse. Why do you think people give up so quickly in the gym.

can't target stomach fat loss. all you can do is do cardio to lower overall body fat percentage and the fat will even itself out
