  • To lose fat you have to burn more calories than you consume and to build muscle you have to consume more calories than you burn. You can't do it at the same time. You don't know what your talking about. You may be in shape but you don't understand the science behind how you got in shape.

  • it does work! you just have to try it! I worked at Legends in Tallahassee and most of her demonstrations may look off but, it's cause they are just that. "demonstrations" and those are great workouts for not using any weights.... and really you wont need the punching bag... just "shadow box" in front of a mirror. most of you guys are just upset bout your own bodies so you judge her video... how sad :(

  • The plank doesnt really make you lose belly fat!!! Sure sprinting will but the plank? What a dumb ass. Leg raises and herl touches are good exercises for toning your stomach

    Please ask a doctor before performing any stressing and exhausting activities !

  • Did someone check her certification before they let her on the mat? Last time I checked, by trying to target reduce only makes it worse. You build the muscle under the fat and it makes you look worse. Why do you think people give up so quickly in the gym.

  • yeah... you can't target fat loss btw. You have to do cardio to lose fat and eventually it will start coming off the areas you want.
