  • All I gotta say is this workout is fucking gold. Just do some resistance exercise to balance out the fat loss with some muscle gain. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks 3-4 times a week

  • i got a problem with the lunges: when i put my left leg in front, my right leg can go down with it.... but not when i put my right leg in front because then my left foot starts to hurt, can someone please respond and tell me what to do?

  • @pokemonhat Try your best to go down with left leg , after awhile you'll get used to it and it'll be easier with left leg

  • @moricestreet909 is there a certain exercise that can workout the muscles that are at the belt line,the part that makes the "V" Cut. Sometimes it looks like i have a deep "V" cut only because those muscles are popped outward,Do you understand what im talking about?

  • @ThatOneGuy1027 Not 100% sure but those are normally your lower abs and obliques. So focus on training them.

  • if you do this for your lunch time at work you also may not have enough time to eat right

  • @moricestreet909 if you only have 15-20 mins then it maybe good. either no food or small snack so you may evern lose more fat

  • @fouadoualid I would suggest you sign up to the 6weekSixPack workouts ( It's FREE ) and use some of those wokrouts 3 times per week. I train 5 to 6 days per week.
