@ace19901227 I see your comment was a month ago, but I'll respond anyway, hehe. When you initially buy the car, you need to buy one without the stripe to begin with. Unfortunately the Forza editor is very obstinate about removing or even recoloring stripes that came on the car initially. I haven't tried putting a color decal over it with the same color/shape as the base paint. That might work, but I'm thinking it won't.

As someone who IS familiar with the Forza editor and is also aware of the painstaking process of creating the numbers, letters and flag design from scratch. I give this a 10, very well done. I created the General on Forza 2 and just decided to set out creating it for Forza 3. My garage just feels empty without it.

I am far from a talented designer, but it took some serious effort to make my General. Anyone that has designed from scratch, with no further graphic design experience will tell the same...

It's easy only if you are not accurate. If you want perfection, it requires research, color and scale matching. There are too many orange Chargers in the SF with a 01 strapped on them, but none of them looks as close as this.
