There is a lot you do not see when it come to being a UConn Football player.

And jazz died in the hospital @3 or 4 something in the morning.. I drove my teammates to two different hospitals to be there for him. There was no fight that night he got stabbed (along with another Fb player). He was making sure everyone was safe leaving the party. And the reasons everything went down was pretty much bs....im not going to get into details google it smh

The person who murdered Jazz was not a student at UConn. Most of the the fights and disturbances that occur at UConn are from people who do not actually go there. That is why Spring Weekend was canceled-because there were too many people coming to UConn with nothing better to do than to act a fool.

You forgot to mention that a human being ADAPTS when put into an unfamiliar environment! All these men adapted and proved they deserved their scholarship at UConn.Jazz was involved with the African American Cultural Center, along with many other football players. The event that he was murdered at was an AACC event! So Jazz was in a stable environment.

Rarely does anyone fail out. And these MEN come from all over the country not just from the inner city. And there are plenty of resources UConn athletes in general are provided to cope with living at UConn along with the things regular students have access to. So I do not se the issue...

Ok.. this girl said "Uconn Football" players basically behave like animals or in a "gang"(no upon player has ever been a gang member). We actually do not participate in anything "Disgusting" unless one of the guys was fooling with you.... Only a few Football players actually go to the NFL every year and even THEY GRADUATE with a Degree or with a Degree and minor or TWO degrees. If you did your research you'd find that UConn Football's graduation rate is one of the highest in the country.

And trust me the don't go anywhere without each other which was evidenced by the fact that he died in 2 players arms. THey come in groups and generally pick on people. But what I've tried to tell them, and many other people, is that connecticut is not the place to be picking on people. It's really a dangerous place.
